Abstract
Jedan od najvažnijih činioca koji povezuju financijska tržišta jest činjenica da osnovno dobro kojim se trguje na svim financijskim tržištima, jest upravo kredit, odnosno zajam koji ubrajamo pod aktivne bankarske poslove. Prema mišljenu Šarlije (2008), kreditno financiranje obuhvaća financiranje bankarskim kreditima i kreditima i jamstvima države i lokalnih organa uprave. Kreditne institucije koje sudjeluju u financiranju malog gospodarstva tj. domaćinstava su banke, koje nude vlastite specijalne kreditne programe u koje pripadaju: gotovinski krediti, nenamjenski krediti u kunama i eurima, stambeni krediti, potrošački krediti, turistički krediti, poljoprivredni krediti te ostali krediti među koje se ubrajaju i studentski krediti (krediti za obrazovanje). Kako se bankarstvo neprestano razvijalo kroz povijest, tako i svi bankarski poslovi bilježe svoj kontinuirani razvoj te je klijentima ponuđen sve veći broj usluga. U radu je analizirana ponuda studentskih kredita u četiri banke na hrvatskom bankarskom tržištu čija je visina aktive veća od 20 milijuna kuna. Banke koje su odabrane za primjer prilikom analize su Privredna banka Zagreb d.d., Erste&Steiermärkische Bank d.d., Zagrebačka banka d.d. te Splitska banka d.d. Podaci banaka su analizirani i uspoređivani kroz nekoliko kriterija, prema svrsi i namjeni korištenja studentskih kredita, mogućoj minimalnoj i maksimalnoj visini te valuti kredita, visini nominalne i efektivne kamatne stope, roku povrata, instrumentima osiguranja povrata kredita te naknadama za odobravanje kreditnog zahtjeva. Kao što je i bilo za očekivati, ponuda studentskih kredita razlikuje se od banke do banke.
Abstract (english)
One of the most important factors linking the financial markets is the fact that the basic good traded on all financial markets is the credit or a loan which is considered to be one of the active banking activities. According to Šarlija (2008), credit financing includes financing with bank credits or with credits and guarantees from the state and the local administration bodies. One of the credit institutions involved in the small economy financing are banks which offer their own special credit programs such as: cash credits, unsecured credits in kunas or euros, housing credits, consumer credits, tourist credits, agricultural and other credits amongst which we also count student credits (for education). As banking has constantly been evolving throughout the history, all banking activities mark constant development and customers are offered larger number of services. The paper analyzes the student credits offer of four banks in the croatian banking market who’s assets surpass 20 million kunas. Therefore, banks taken into account when analyzing were Privredna banka Zagreb d.d., Erste&Steiermärkische Bank d.d., Zagrebačka banka d.d. and Splitska banka d.d.. Banks data has been analyzed and compared with several criteria based on the purpose and intent of student credit usage, the possible minimal and maximal amount, the credit currency, the nominal and effective interest rate, the return date, the loan repayment assurance instruments and the loan approval fees. As it might have been expected, the student credits offer differs from bank to bank.
