Abstract
Djelotvorna i svrhovita upotreba informiranja čini samu srž dobrog poslovnog upravljanja. Primarni izvor informiranja je komuniciranje. Očigledno je da izgovorena ili pisana riječ može biti ključni način komuniciranja ali su ljudi premalo skloni razmišljanju o kvaliteti izvedbe kao važnom čimbeniku komuniciranja naročito u poslovnom procesu. Komunikacija je vrlo važan dio poslovanja, organizacije i upravljačkog sustava. Prenošenje poruka, vođenje korespodencije, razmjena i obrada informacija, izdavanje i primanje naloga među strukturama u organizaciji, kontakti s poslovnim partnerima, javnošću itd. – sve to sačinjava sustav komuniciranja, bez kojega organizacije ne bi mogle poslovati.

The effective and purposeful use of information lies at the heart of good corporate governance. The primary source of information is communication. Obviously, the spoken or written word can be a key way of communicating but not enough people are tend to think about the quality of performance as an important factor of communication especially in the business process. Communication is a very important part of the business, organization and management system. Transmission of messages, managing correspondence, exchange and information processing, issuing and receiving orders from the structures in the organization, contacts with business partners, the public, etc. - all this constitutes a system of communication, without which the organization could not operate.
