Abstract
U ovom radu govoriti će se o zaposlenicima, utjecaju stimulacija i motivacija na njihov rad te o samim teorijama motivacija i stimulacija. Budući se radnici smatraju ključnim čimbenikom u radu neke tvrtke, dosta je bitan i odnos prema samom radniku. U vremenu kada se svijet vrti oko kapitala, oko što veće zarade dosta često svjedoci smo loših odnosa prema radnicima koji taj kapital i stvaraju. Kao što stres negativno utječe na radnu produktivnost djelatnika tako i dobro postavljeni načini stimuliranja mogu dodatno motivirati radnike i time pospješiti njihov rezultat u tvrtci. U svakodnevnom okruženju kada gledamo tvrtke na području Republike Hrvatske vide se određeni pomaci što se tiče odnosa prema radnicima, no i dalje ima dosta negativnih primjera gdje radnici nemaju isplaćenu niti zarađenu plaću. Svijest poduzetnika, vlasnika tvrtki se mijenja i to je pozitivna stvar koja nam daje naslutiti kako sve više tvrtki povećava brigu o svojem radniku. Nadalje, svrha ovog rada je pojasniti kako stimulacije i motiviranje utječu na radnike u njihovim poslovnim aktivnostima te je iz tog razloga za pisanje ovoga rada odrađeno i anketiranje zaposlenika u jednom kontaktom centru velikog hrvatskog telekom operatera. Saznanja koja su dobivena od samih radnika pomoći će u što jasnijem shvaćanju ovog diplomskog rada te će nama pokazati kako radnici reagiraju na stres ili kako reagiraju na dobivene bonuse i određene povlastice u svom radu.

In this article we will talk about employees, the impact of stimulation and motivation to their work and of the very theories of motivation and stimulation. Workers are considered as a key factor in the work process for companies so it is quite significant how company treats workers. We are living in time when everything in the world is dedicated to increasing capital, how to have higher earnings and quite often we have witnessed the poor treatment of workers that creates that capital for their companies in which they work. Today stress has a negative impact on labor productivity of employees but if we create a ways to stimulate workers we may further motivate them and thus improve their scores in the company. In everyday environment when we look at companies on the Croatian territory we can see some improvements as far as the treatment of workers, but still there is plenty of negative examples where workers doesn't get paid not even earned wages. Awareness of entrepreneurs, company owners is changing and it is a positive thing that gives us a hint that more companies is trying to increase concern about its workers. Furthermore, the purpose of this paper is to explain how stimulation and motivation affect the workers in their business activities and for this reason we have done interviewing employees in a contact center of the biggest Croatian telecom operator. The information's that we have received from the employees themselves help us in what clearer understanding of this master work and will show us how workers react to stress or how they respond to given bonus and certain privileges in their work.
