Abstract
Poduzeća koja posluju u suvremenim uvjetima poslovanja suočena su s brojnim, dinamičnim i ponekad nepredvidivim promjenama. Globalizacija tržišta nalaže poduzećima da neprestano pronalaze i primjenjuju suvremena tehnička i tehnološka rješenja. U tu svrhu, prisiljeni su svoje poslovanje prilagođavati novonastalim uvjetima i promjenama koje dolaze iz okruženja - opće i poslovne okoline. U cilju dostizanja konkurentske prednosti na globalnoj razini, menadžment poduzeća treba znati kako koristiti nove spoznaje koje se odnose na organizaciju i upravljanje. Prema tome, ukoliko se poduzeće želi prilagoditi globalizacijskim zahtjevima, potrebno je učiniti promjene i u organizacijskoj kulturi, a to znači da je potrebno identificirati one elemente, aktivnosti i mjere kojima će se promijeniti način i metoda vođenja i promišljanja. Korisno je spomenuti da se privatizirana poduzeća često nalaze pod pritiskom od inozemnih vlasnika, te su dužna uvesti i poštivati pravila ponašanja i standardizirane procedure koje vrijede za inozemnu zemlju. Ukratko, promjene koje se moraju napraviti traže korjenitu promjenu organizacijske kulture unutar poduzeća, a upravo na njih menadžeri zaboravljaju, te tako zaboravljeni predstavljaju razlog za neuspjeh. Uz organizacijsku kulturu usko se veže i kultura općenito i izuzetno je važno pridavati važnost i različitim kulturama ljudi koji su članovi organizacije, ali i partnerima u inozemstvu čija se kultura može drastično razlikovati od kulture matične zemlje. Međunarodno poslovanje postaje standardiziran način poslovanja svih organizacija današnjice i upravo zbog toga je važno pridavati važnost kulturi i kulturnoj različitosti pojedinaca u organizaciji. Prihvaćanje različitosti je preduvjet uspješnoj komunikaciji na svim razinama poduzeća, a uspješna komunikacija je važna za neometano obavljanje poslovnih aktivnosti.

Companies that do business in the modern business conditions are faced with numerous, dynamic and sometimes unpredictable changes. The globalization of markets requires companies to continually find and apply modern technical and technological solutions. To this end, they are forced to adapt their business to new conditions and changes that come from the environment - and the general business environment. In order to achieve a competitive advantage on a global level, the management company should know how to use the new findings relating to the organization and management. Thus, if a company wants to adapt the requirements of globalization, it is necessary to make changes in the organizational culture, which means that it is necessary to identify those elements, activities and measures to change the manner and method of keeping and reflection. It is useful to mention that the privatized companies are often under pressure from foreign owners, and are obliged to implement and respect the rules of conduct and standardized procedures that apply to a foreign country. In short, the changes that must be made seeking a radical change of organizational culture within the company, and it is precisely on these managers forget, and so forgotten are the reason for the failure. With the organizational culture is closely bound and culture in general and it is very important to attach importance to the different cultures of people who are members of the organization, but also partners abroad whose culture can drastically vary from culture home country. International business is becoming a standardized way of any organization today, which is why it is important to attach importance to culture and cultural diversity of individuals in the organization. Embracing diversity is a prerequisite for successful communication at all levels of the company, a successful communication is important to the smooth conduct of business activities.
