Abstract
Ljudski resursi obuhvaćaju znanja, motivaciju i vještine svih zaposlenika u nekom poduzeću. Upravljanje ljudskim resursima odnosi se na vanjske faktore u koje pripada primjerice ekonomski sustav te na unutarnje u koje se odnosi na upravljanje. Važna je i funkcija vođenja koja osigurava pozitivno ponašanje, a voditelji imaju veliku odgovornost prilikom vođenja i upravljanja zaposlenicima. Uz vođenje, treba istaknuti važnost motivacije jer motivirani zaposlenici su oni koji najbolje obavljaju posao. Ono što ne treba zaboraviti je kontroliranje koje ukoliko ne funkcionira dovodi poduzeće do propasti. Metode za ocjenjivanje zaposlenika odnose se na vrednovanje osobina kao i načina ponašanja zaposlenika prilikom obavljanja posla. Prema nekim metodama zaposlenici se vrednuju po njihovim osobinama od najlošijih do najboljih te se mogu provoditi u manjim ili većim skupinama. Procjenitelji su ti koji provode postupak ocjenjivanja i trude se da svaka osoba bude vrednovana na pravedan način. Uz sve prednosti ovih metoda, mogući su i brojni nedostaci. Pogreške može napraviti ocjenjivač, a one mogu biti zasnovane na njegovom subjektivnom mišljenju i primjerice predrasudama te može određenog zaposlenika preblago ili prestrogo ocijeniti. Kako ne bi dolazilo do pogrešaka prilikom ocjenjivanja provode se različite mjere te se menadžeri dodatno osposobljavaju.
Abstract (english)
Human resources include the knowledge, motivation and skills of all employees in a company. Human resource management refers to external factors to which, for example, the economic system belongs, and to internal factors to which it refers to management. A leadership function that ensures positive behavior is also important, and managers have a great responsibility when leading and managing employees. In addition to leadership, the importance of motivation should be emphasized because motivated employees are the ones who do the job best. What should not be forgotten is control which if it does not work leads the company to ruin. Methods for evaluating employees relate to the evaluation of characteristics as well as the manner of behavior of employees when performing work. According to some methods, employees are valued according to their characteristics from the worst to the best and can be conducted in smaller or larger groups. Appraisers are the ones who conduct the appraisal process and strive to ensure that each person is evaluated in a fair way. In addition to all the advantages of these methods, numerous disadvantages are possible. Mistakes can be made by the evaluator, and they can be based on his subjective opinion and, for example, prejudices, and he can evaluate a certain employee too mildly or too harshly. In order to avoid mistakes during the evaluation, various measures are implemented and managers are additionally trained.
