Abstract
U današnje vrijeme mnogo se priča o projektnom menadžmentu te važnosti znanja o upravljanju projektima. Projektni menadžment danas zasigurno predstavlja relativno novo i atraktivno područje istraživanja koje će, sasvim je realno očekivati, u budućnosti biti sve značajnije. Projektni menadžment najčešće se povezuje sa projektnim ciklusom, odnosno cjelokupnim procesom upravljanja projektima. Upravljanje projektnim ciklusom (Project Lifecycle Management) se sastoji od nekoliko koraka, a oni će biti detaljnije razrađeni u ovome radu. Nakon definiranja osnovnih pojmova vezanih uz projekt te glavne projektne elemente, jednako tako i faza koje obuhvaća projektni menadžment, u radu će biti prikazani rezultati analize uspješnosti povlačenja sredstava iz EU fondova Republike Hrvatske i drugih zemalja Europske unije, a zatim uspješnost povlačenja sredstava Republike Hrvatske – odnosno analiza po županijama. Temeljem detaljno izvršenog istraživanja i rezultata pojedinih analiza dati će kratak kritički osvrt na trenutačne probleme koji predstavljaju prepreku Republici Hrvatskoj da bude „u korak“ sa drugim članicama Europske unije. Sukladno navedenim problemima, pokušati će se dati prijedlozi za nadvladavanje postojećih problema koji bi mogli otvoriti vrata mogućnostima budućeg razvoja Republike Hrvatske.
Abstract (english)
There is a lot of talk about project management and importance of knowledge when we are talking about it. Today, we can say that project management is certainly a relatively new and very promising area of research and because of that it is realistic to expect in the future that area of the project management will be increasingly important. Usually, project management is associated with entire process of management of the project – Project Cycle Management. Project Life Cycle consists of several steps and they will be further explained upon this thesis. After defining basic concepts related to the project and main elements of project management, thesis will present results of research and analysis of the success of Republic of Croatia and other EU countries in the framework of the financing from EU funds. Analysis includes also the researching on success of Republic of Croatia – by counties. Based on detailed research and results of individual analysis there will be given a brief critical review of the current problems that hinder Republic of Croatia to be “step by step” with other Member countries of the European Union. Final part of the thesis will put great emphasis on all these problems and in accordance with the problems there will be given several suggestions for overcoming the existing problems. Suggestions could be a door to new possibilities for future development of the Republic of Croatia.
