Abstract
Provođenje procesa due diligenca je iznimno zahtjevan i kompleksan proces, koji ako se provede na pravilan i sustavan način može dati puno odgovora prilikom provođenja akvizicije poslovnog subjekta u trenutku prije, ali i nakon završene transakcije. Cilj i svrha ovog rada je definirati pojam samog procesa due diligenca, njegovu strukturu te objasniti proces provođenja. Bitnu ulogu u procesu provođenja procesa due diligenca imaju i savjetnici tj. konzultanti, čija uža specijalnost može od velike koristi. Njihov značaj u procesu dubinskog snimanja također smo pokušali objasniti i definirati.
Abstract (english)
Performing process of due diligence is extremely demanding and complicated, and if the process is properly carried out, can give lot of unknown facts when conducting a business entity's acquisition before is closed but also after the transaction is completed . The purpose of this paper is to define the concept and process of due diligence and also explain the process of implementation. An important role in the process of due diligence have the consultants. They have specialty knowledges in the process and there significance we have tried to explain and define.
