Abstract
Ovaj rad će obrađivati temu komunalnog gospodarstva.Komunalno gospodarstvo kao pojam podrazumijeva obavljanje komunalnih djelatnosti pri kojoj obuhvaća i davanje komunalnih usluga i održavanje cjelokupne infrastrukture sustava.Komunalno gospodarstvo održava i poboljšava funkcionalnost svakodnevnog života na području lokalne samoupravo kao i županije.U svakom gradu obavljanje komunalnih aktivnosti su prepuštene gradskim poduzećima ili koncesionarima tj. privatnim poduzećima . Većina naknada za obavljanje komunalnih djelatnosti su subvencionirane tj. teži se ka što manjoj naknadi zbog boljitka života u mjestima gdje se obavljaju iste. Djelatnost koja se obavlja pod komunalnim aktivnostima sve se obavlja pod pojmom javna služba.Isto tako uz obavljanje temeljnih funkcija , dio komunalnog gospodarstva se bavi financiranjem i održavanjem komunalne infrastrukture. Kako bi se poboljšao standard u lokalnoj jedinici potrebno je poboljšati i stvoriti kvalitetan sustav komunalnog gospodarstva koji će se odrazit na životu ljudi koji žive u toj zajednici.
Abstract (english)
This paper will discuss the subject of communal economy. Communal economy as a term implies carrying out communal activities and covers giving communal services and maintaining the overall infrastructure of the system. Communal economy maintains and upgrades the functionality of everyday life in the area of local selfgovernment as well as in the county area. Communal activities are left to be carried out by city enterprises or concessionaires (private enterprises) in every city. Most of the recompenses for carrying out communal activities are subsidized, they gravitate towards a smaller recompense for improvement of lifestyle in areas where they are carried out. Activities which are carried out under communal activities are referred to as public service activities. A part of the communal economy engages in financing and maintaining the communal infrastructure as well as carrying out their main functions. To improve standards of a local unit, it is needed to improve and create a quality communal economy system which will reflect on the lives of people living in that community
