Abstract
Postoji mnogo primjera iz svijeta gdje se koristi „zeleno poslovanje“, a taj trend korištenja takve tehnologije se nastavlja i sve više raste. U Hrvatskoj takav način poslovanja još uvijek nije popularan, ali svijest o tome raste. Postoji nekoliko desetaka hotela, kampova i wellness centara koji koriste takav način poslovanja. Neki od načina na koji se može primijeniti „zeleno poslovanje“ jest zamjena materijala za one s manjim utjecajem na okoliš i većom učinkovitosti (proizvodi na bio bazi), zamjena rijetkih materijala i povećana uporaba sekundarnih sirovina, gasiti uređaje iz utičnica ukoliko nisu u funkciji. Primjera ima još mnogo. Neki od rezultata korištenja ovakvog načina poslovanja su smanjena potrošnja vode za 20%, smanjeni troškovi uklanjanja smeća za 15%, poboljšano očuvanje okoliša, motivacija osoblja ali komunikacija s gostima. „Biti zelen“ trebalo bi se shvatiti kao dugoročna obveza kako bi se potvrdila svrha stvaranja zelene i održive infrastrukture.
Abstract (english)
There are many examples from the world where "green business" is used, and the trend of using such technologies is growing. In Croatia, such a way of doing business is still not popular, but awareness of this is growing. There are several hotels and wellness centers that use this kind of business. Some of the ways in which "green business" can be used is to replace materials for those with less environmental impact and greater efficiency (bio-based products), replacement of rare materials and increased use of secondary raw materials, firing out of the appliance if not in use. One of the results of using this kind of business have reduced water consumption by 20%, reduced garbage removal costs by 15%, favored by environmental conservation, staff motivation, and communication with guests. "Being Green" should be understood as a long-term commitment to confirm the purpose of creating a green and sustainable infrastructure.
