Abstract
Cilj diplomskog rada je istražiti i analizirati materijalne i nematerijalne kompenzacije te kako one utječu na zaposlenike. Prema svemu sudeći, plaće predstavljaju najvažniju kompenzaciju koja zaposlenicima predstavlja financijsko sredstvo za neometan život dok menadžerima predstavlja trošak koji je nezaobilazan. U praksi se sve više menadžera odlučuje plaćom te ostalim materijalnim i nematerijalnim kompenzacijama, ovisno o zaposlenikovim preferencijama, potaknuti zaposlenike na kvalitetniji rad. Ona predstavlja, za zaposlenika, naknadu za obavljeni posao odnosno određenu vrstu prihoda koji nastaje, u pravilu, završenim poslom. Ali nije plaća jedina kompenzacija. Sve češće se upravo nematerijalne kompenzacije koriste kako bi se zaposlenici potaknuli za efikasniji, pravilniji i kvalitativno i kvantitativno izrađeni rad. Kada poduzeća kreiraju pravilan plan motiviranja, kada ga usklade sa potrebama određenih zaposlenika te kada ostvare razinu rada tih istih zaposlenika tada je upravo taj plan motiviranja dao svoje rezultate i poduzeće se može smatrati uspješnim poduzećem. Kako bi to sve išlo prema pravilima postoje razne zakonske regulative koje određuju visinu minimalne plaće, porezne stope kojima se oporezuje plaća, visinu doprinosa koje se obračunavaju u plaći te kolektivni ugovori i slično. Pronađen sklad između svega navedenoga daje potvrdu da će i zaposlenici i menadžeri biti zadovoljni te da će svi dati maksimum svojih znanja i rada te će poduzeće uspješno poslovati.
Abstract (english)
The aim of the thesis is to explore and analyze material and non-material compensation and how they affect employees. By all means, salaries represent the most important compensation that makes employees a financial means for unhindered life, while managers are a cost that is unavoidable. By becoming more and more managers decide on wages and other material and non-material compensations, depending on employees' preferences, to encourage employees to work better. It represents an employee's remuneration for a job or a certain type of income that, as a rule, completes. But it does not pay the only compensation. More and more, just intangible compensations are used to encourage employees to work more efficiently, more accurately, qualitatively and quantitatively. When companies create a proper motivation plan, adjusting them to the needs of certain employees and achieving the level of work of these same employees, then that motivation plan has given its results and the enterprise can be considered a successful enterprise. In order for this to go according to the rules, there are various legal regulations that determine the minimum wage level, the tax rate to which the wage is paid, the amount of contribution to be paid in the wage. The harmony found between all of the above affirms that both employees and managers will be satisfied and that they will all give the maximum of their knowledge and work and will be successful in doing business.
