Abstract
U ovom radu promatrana je organizacija poslovanja poduzeća na primjeru tvrtke Maistra d.d.. Odabir organizacije predstavlja jednu od najvažnijih odluka pri stvaranju poduzeća. Međutim, tvrtke često trebaju reorganizirati poslovanje i marketing zbog značajnih promjena koje se javljaju u poslovnom okruženju. Te promjene uključuju promjene u tehnologiji, globalizaciju, podjelu tržišta, promjene u telekomunikacijama i ostale. Kako bi držale korak s promjenama, tvrtke odabiru organizaciju pomoću koje će unaprijediti poslovanje i povećati uspjeh tvrtke u svakom smislu. U radu su nabrojane organizacijske strukture te objašnjene njihove karakteristike. Detaljno je objašnjena cijela organizacija i poslovanje vodeće hotelijerske kompanije u Hrvatskoj. Izbor odgovarajuće organizacijske strukture hotelskog poduzeća nije jednostavan, budući da se poduzeća u hotelskoj industriji razlikuju po vrsti, veličini i lokaciji, načinu pružanja usluga, ciljevima i zadacima, modernizaciji i ostalim elementima. Temeljna zadaća hotelijera je pružanje kvalitetne usluge, maksimalnim iskorištavanjem materijalnih, financijskih resursa, kao i ljudskih potencijala, različitoj, zahtjevnoj, postojećoj i budućoj klijenteli s ciljem postizanja poslovnog uspjeha.
Abstract (english)
In this paper, an organization of business operations was observed on the example of Maistra d.d.. The selection of the organization represents one of the most important decisions in the creation of the company. However, companies often need to reorganize business and marketing due to significant changes occurring in the business environment. These changes include changes in technology, globalization, market sharing, telecoms changes and others. To keep up with the changes, the company chooses an organization to help improve business and increase the company's success in every aspect. This paper presents organizational structure and explains their characteristics. The whole organization and business of the leading hotel company in Croatia is explained in detail. Choosing the right organizational structure of a hotel company is not easy, as companies in the hotel industry vary by type, size and location, service delivery, goals and tasks, modernization and other elements. The underlying task of the hotel is to provide quality services, maximizing the use of material, financial resources and human resources, to different, demanding, existing and future clientele with a view to achieving business success.
