Abstract
Poslovne integracije se najjednostavnije dijele na spajanja i akvizicije (M&A). Iako možda naizgled jednostavan proces, razdoblje planiranja i prilagođavanja integraciji može trajati godinama. Kako bi se prikupile najvažnije informacije, važno je napraviti pregledan i jasan sustav potrebnih informacija sa segmentima koje je potrebno istražiti. Taj proces se naziva duediligence. Nakon razdoblja recesije u Europi, novčana i brojčana vrijednost integracija je u porastu. U Republici Hrvatskoj, jedno od dinamičnijih tržišta je telekomunikacijsko, u kojemu je u proteklih nekoliko godina akvizirano više većih operatora. Uslijed navedenog rad prikazuje analizu tržišta fiksnih telekomunikacijskih usluga u Republici Hrvatskoj s ciljem prikaza učinka integracija na poslovne subjekte analizirajući stanje prije i nakon integracija.
Abstract (english)
Business integrations are most commonly divided into mergers and acquisitions (M&A). Although it may look like a simple process, time dedicated to planning and postintegration adjusting can take years. In order to collect the most important informations, it is important to make a clear system of required information with the segments needed to be investigated. This process is called duediligence. After the period of recession in Europe, monetary and numerical value of M&A is rising. In the Republic of Croatia, one of the more dynamic markets is telecommunications market, where major operators have been acquired inthe past few years. The paper analyzes the market of fixed telecommunication services in the Republic of Croatia with the aim of presenting the effects of integration on businesses by analyzing the situation before and after integration.
