Abstract
Završni rad bavi se društvenim mrežama kao alatom za kvalitetnu provedbu odnosa s javnošću kao i njihovim utjecajem na samo poslovanje organizacija i poštovanje načela transparentnosti koristeći iste u svrhu poslovanja. Teorijski dio usmjeren je na metode i ciljeve sektora odnosa s javnošću, razvoj društvenih mreža i njihov utjecaj na javno mnijenje i oblikovanje poslovanja. Nastoji se definirati i objasniti načelo transparentnosti i njegov utjecaj i uloga u poslovanju i komunikaciji između tvrtki i njihovih javnosti. Četveromjesečnim istraživanjem i praćenjem društvenih mreža četiriju hrvatskih tvrtki nastaje praktični dio rada u kojem se detaljnije analiziraju i predstavljaju društvene mreže koje su tvrtke odabrale za predstavljanje svojih proizvoda, usluga i komunikaciju sa širom javnosti i načini na koji navedeno provode.
Abstract (english)
The final paper deals with social networks as a tool for quality implementation of public relations, as well as their impact on the business of organizations themselves and respect for the principle of transparency using it for business purposes. The theoretical part is focused on the methods and goals of the public relations sector, the development of social networks and their influence on public opinion and business. It tries to define and explain the principle of transparency and its influence and role in business and communication between companies and their public. A four-month long research and monitoring of the social networks of four Croatian companies results in a practical part of the work in which the social networks they have chosen to present their products and services and communicate with the general public are analyzed and presented in more detail.
